Image
There are frequent railway accidents in india due to  Mistakes in the signal system, lack of vigilance of loco pilots, and other technical problems are causing two trains to come on the same track and face accidents. Shortage of funds Experiments have been going on for years to prevent trains from colliding. Among them 'Kavach' is modern. The system was designed by the Railway Standards Organization (RDSO) in association with three organizations after studying the models of different countries. T...

Detailed & Historical arguments ,Social questions on sub- categorisation of SC's & ST's .

Image
Recently Supreme court judgment that states has power to SUBCATEGORIES SC's & ST's.lets look into it with more depth . The process of development or implementation of reservations effected class formation within the community, thus creating an impermeable membrane to block the percolation of benefits of reservations.  The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes also have social hierarchy. This results in appropriation of benefits of reservations by certain communities to the detriment of others. This is precisely the reason for the birth of Madiga dandora. If this is true, categorisation of SCs is perfectly justified.  It also perfectly jells with the constitutional philosophy of benefitting the most oppressed. Any opposition to categorisation should disprove empirically and socially that discrimination and disproportionate sharing of reservations are factually incorrect.  Historical background  The Supreme Court judgement in EV Chinnaiah vs State of AP...

According to the provisional estimates released by the Central Statistics Department for the financial year 2024, the agriculture GDP growth rate is only 1.4 percent. A later-released advanced estimate was 0.7 percent. But, with the gross GDP growth rate of 8.2 percent, business, industrial groups and information tools india world leading rushed to claim that it has achieved the highest growth rate than the countries. In this commotion, there were no people who cared about the villages. Providing five kilos of rice or wheat free per month is not enough. The focus should be on increasing the real incomes of the rural people MADHYA PRADESH MODEL  In order to bring about key policies, decisions and qualitative changes in the agriculture sector in our country, the Ministry of Agricu...
