THE BATTLE OF FAITH, NEUTRALITY, LIBERTY IN A FRAGMENTED SOCIETY

India's diversity is the strength as well as sensitive part of the Indian society, this sensitivity has Been threatened by many incidents one among those was polarization by two groups on Karnataka government decision about dress code to strengthen the security & integrity of the country, By involving many stakeholders like social media, media, emotions of people, pressure groups into this polarization it was diverted into a debate of politics & community rather than the debate of rights of different stakeholders & liberty of women, this kind of issues should be understood in a wider sense to maintain a balance between religions and to prevail the constitution.
CONFLICTS AMONG RIGHTS
The main Battle is with the RIGHT of  Freedom of schools & Business owners which means business owners freedom to protect NEUTRALITY to keep religion out of their business &RIGHT to freedom of religion which means Muslim women freedom & FAITH in religious expression. The main problem tended to this issue was  People are not secular but governments are secular and people are not able to understand the nature of Indian secularism (equal respect and protection of all religions “POSITIVE SECULARISM”) which is very different from the western form of secularism (rollout of state from any religious matters “NEGATIVE SECULARISM) “This form of positive secularism makes India protect its society from further fragmentation so under this right every person has the freedom to express their faith towards their religion but this right is not an absolute right & subjected to many restrictions& Businessman's right to Make uniform mandatory to protect neutrality both of this rights are equally very important so how should society reconcile in between in this rights ? to resolve this complex issue, the role of the court is very important. Supreme court in share matt case said the state should not intervene in essential practices of religion and the supreme court will decide which practices of religions are in essential practices of religion so according to this doctrine any court should follow but we should see what would be the stand of Karnataka HIGH COURT in this issue.
The Amount of liberty awarded for women to follow religious practices
Generally, the Rights of women are the need of the hour.  many protests around the world go on issues which are well known to all but there are some unexplored issues ware women are facing extreme violence one of such kind issue was the amount of liberty she enjoys when practising religious activities they are many forces like families & stigmatic society made her forcefully do such kind of practices so this hijab was not made mandatory in many Islamic countries, so Karnataka high court should look into this complex question related to all religions and it should resolve this issue in the upcoming verdict.

Factors behind making this issue more polarize
Indian Society has been fragmented into various several parts from the time of Later Vedic period so one among them was divide created in between Hindu & Muslim it started from Mughal rulers and was intensified by many other factors this is the one kind of issue diverted issue from rights to conflict between religions. Media & Social media further intensified this issue by using social media amplifying accounts to circulate fake news like Indian flag has been replaced by the saffron flag to make people intolerant emotionally & conducting misleading debates by politicians

My biggest cause of concern is the fact that many people trying to politicize the matter by using young Indian brains but kudos to Karnataka high court on this issue it stopped many agitators to be neutral until the final verdict comes. this is my request to all my friends not to look into this issue with a colonial lens which does not suit Indian society, hope Karnataka high court will deliver a good verdict that will be fruitful to many sections of society and it should enquire the organizations behind these polarizations.
